Tips for Best Results
| Tip | Description |
|---|---|
| NFC Position | The NFC antenna is usually at the top-back of your phone. Guide customers to tap their card there. |
| Keep cards flat | Cards should be held parallel to your phone, not at an angle. |
| Remove phone cases | Thick cases may interfere with NFC. If you have issues, try removing the case. |
| Stable internet | Ensure you have a stable internet connection for processing payments. |
| Battery level | Keep your phone charged - NFC may not work on very low battery. |
Troubleshooting

- Ensure NFC is enabled in your device settings
- Try moving the card slowly across the back of your phone to find the NFC sweet spot

Payment failing
- Check your internet connection
- Ask the customer if their card has sufficient funds or if contactless is enabled
